Used Process Lines at LCEC
At LCEC, our selection of used process units and lines includes many specific systems. Some of our available options include:
- Carbon absorber systems: These process units can remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and sulfur-based compounds from vapor streams. Vapor streams flow through the unit to a carbon bed, where the carbon absorbs the unwanted compounds. Since many vapors can contain VOCs in chemical production, carbon absorber systems are vital.
- Scrubber systems: Much like carbon absorber systems, these process units remove harmful materials from exhaust gases. Scrubber systems can remove sulfur and other unwanted material through powdered solids or sprayed liquids.
- Ammonia skids: Used ammonia skids can handle the unloading, storage, metering, transfer, injection and stripping of ammonia. They can also handle the urea-to-ammonia (U2A) conversion process. Vaporization — changing ammonia from a liquid to a gas — is another process that often takes place in these units.
